Terms of sale for the purchase of blue light glasses in the e-shop (hereinafter the Online Store). The owner is Sanmare Trade OÜ (commercial register code 14971440)

General conditions

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

Sanmare Trade reserves the right to make changes in the terms of sale and sales prices, and these changes are reflected on Sanmare Trade's website www.sinisevalguseprillid.ee

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the choice of the logistics partner. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when ordering.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Product images are illustrative.

By accepting the terms of sale, the Buyer confirms that he has read, agrees with and fulfills the terms of sale.

Terms of sale for ordering goods

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.

To place an order, please fill in the required data fields. Select the delivery method. You can then find out how much it costs to deliver the goods. You can pay for the goods using a bank link. If you want to buy with an invoice, write to info@sinisevalguseprillid.ee

The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the bank link.

Sanmare Trade OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Sanmare Trade OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor ESTO AS.

The agreement enters into force from the moment the purchase amount has been received by the Online Store. We will send you an e-mail confirming your order.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered for any reason, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible. We will refund the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) immediately. However, no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.
Delivery of goods
We deliver the goods ordered from the online store sinisevalguseprillid.ee within Estonia. Latvia, Lithuania abd Finland.
The goods are received by the Buyer from a parcel machine or by courier.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Please note that it takes up to 7 days to order the goods.
The online store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products if we have ordered the products from our partner on time.
The buyer must carefully check that the correct data has been entered for the delivery of the goods.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within ten working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to fourteen calendar days.
The standard time is two working days and the maximum time is ten working days
The delivery partners for the delivery of the goods are Omniva, Itella Smartpost and DPD.

Right of return

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the returnable fee in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
If you want to return the goods, please send us a return application to the address info@sinisevalguseprillid.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods if the reason for the return lies in the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after sending the e-mail or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The online store will return all fees received from the buyer based on the contract upon receipt of the returned goods to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
The online store can refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item. It depends on which comes first.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the transaction if the sinisevalguseprillid.ee page shows the wrong price or is lower than the market value of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

Right to lodge a complaint

The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@sinisevalguseprillid.ee
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@sinisevalguseprillid.ee
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge.
